P&N is managed by members of the founding family and other experienced professionals.  Each has over 20 years of experience in business and industry.

Dan Prushnok, Chairman, oversees business strategy and directs the growth of the company.  He also is CEO of Quintech Electronics and Communications Inc., a designer and manufacturer of Broadband RF Signal Management Equipment.

John Prushnok, President, is responsible for overall management of P&N and has day to day responsibility for operations.  He has 30 years of experience in natural resource development, mining, construction and related industries.

Dave Prushnok, Vice President, directs new business development and marketing for P&N.  He has 20 years of experience in coal, natural gas and environmental industries.

Andy Nelson, Secretary/Treasurer, has been with the company for 25 years and is responsible for accounting, finance, human resources and risk management for the company.

John Kriak, Director, is responsible for financial and ethical oversight.
